Americana Kazakhstan wins the HR Brand Award

The Caspian International Restaurants Company, LLP - Americana received HR Brand Award 2015 (Silver) as Best Employer in Kazakhstan market based on Bench Planning Program “Zayavi o Sebe”.
The HR Brand Award is an Annual Competition among the companies in Kazakhstan for the title of Best Employer of Kazakhstan based on remarkable HR projects implemented during the year.
Taking this opportunity, may we congratulate the HRD team and KFC Operations team successfully working together and receiving the Silver Award (II place) based on the Project “Zayavi o Sebe!”
The project started in 2013 and since then there were nine rounds taking place. Any employee of KFC store could nominate himself or herself with own initiative to grow in position. Kazakhstan HRD supported this intention and gave the opportunity to all nominated employees to have proper training and development programs. HR team made 334 structured interviews and spent 1548 training hours.
The Operation teams made 223 structured interviews and made Certification in the stores having spent on it 2055 hours. As a result, 85 % of vacancies in the stores for in-Store management positions were filled in by our employees. This project also has a financial impact by saving 18 million KZT on Recruitment, Training & Development costs.
